Malaysia big family.
I ask my kampung ustaz at my home town kg.Tg.Aru, don't he want to go back to his hometown Perak.
He has been here since early 1970 ies, married to a local Bajau and have two kids.
" Siapa lagi kenal Aku disana" he answered short. This are one of many semenanjungian who have settled down here and choose to stay here. There are also sabahan who went to Semenanjung instead, found a new life there and speak orang Malaya better than the Malays.I did went to Sarawak in 1980, did met a Bajau from Kota Belud at Kampung Lumba kuda at Kuching, Sarawak. Their Sarawak slang, at first I didn't realise that they are a Bajau from KB who have been hijrah to Sarawak in early 70ties.Maybe because of their horse riding skills back at KB, brought them there, ended also at Kampung Lumba Kuda,Kuching.
Many stories how an ordinary Malaysian, move freely, inter marriage, even though different in belief, religion, culture,does not stop them from kidnaping their girl friend in middle of the night bring to Sabah because of Love.Oh that's just to add flavour to this article.
There goes, one big Malaysia family as being said by our ninth PM, YAB Dato' Seri Ahmad Sabri Yaakub.
64 years of independence have been a long way. Ups and down, ups and down, but we managed to pull through the trouble waters, Malaysia now a successful modern nation with 34 million of population.
Well, even in a family we also quarrel with our siblings,it's normal. Same goes to our big "Malaysia family" ,our uncles and taikoh likes to play at their playground which they call "politic". They love that playing-ground as they can get many nice and good things.
Their favourite game non other than, power.
The Malays with the affirmative action or Ketuanan Melayu, we the Sabah with MA63,the Swakian are getting ok, these are their mantra when playing at their playground of politics.
Abang Long is always at the upper hand, until they succummed to the ground in 2018, after 60 years in power.
Yesterday our new PM,if we can call him Pa Mail, score points, offer PH an olive branch to work together to fight this Covid19 and save Malaysia family.
Many praised YAB Dato' Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakub, after two days at his PM office at Putrajaya.
Perhaps he is clean from "Sheraton move", maybe that's why they don't want to accept Abah offer earlier.
Hopefully after this, they will clean-up our "uncles" and "taikos" playing ground. Took away all the bad toys like, cronisym, nepotism, corruptsm,kleptocrat, and change it new toys like, inclusivism and many other brand new good toys
It's the Agong call that's makes them want to settle this problem together,put aside political difference. Thumbs up YAB Dato' Seri Ismail Sabri.
